Where is my orientation ?

It is free time to stay with myself, no noise, no daughter interruption, it is totally quiet for me to think about something.
Where is my orientation? Where is my career? What is my real want?  Health,wealth,happiness?

7 Years past after grudation,2 years teaching experience, 5 years engineering experience, from teacher to engineering, from testing to product engineering, from engineer assistance to product manager in Delphi, what is the next? To continue develop  engineering and management capablility in the manufacturing or change my orientation?
